How to use this calculator
1Enter your peptide vial amount in mg — this is the weight printed on the vial label (e.g. BPC-157 5mg, Tirzepatide 5mg)
2Enter how much bacteriostatic water you will add to reconstitute — this determines your solution concentration. More water = lower concentration = larger draw volumes per dose
3Enter your desired dose per injection and select the correct unit (mg or mcg). For example BPC-157 is typically 250–500 mcg, while tirzepatide is typically 2.5–5 mg
4Select your syringe type — U-100 insulin syringes are standard for most peptide protocols. The calculator converts your draw volume into syringe units automatically
5Click Calculate — the results show your concentration, exact draw volume, syringe units, total doses per vial, vial duration, and a complete dose reference chart
Bac water tip: Always use pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for multi-dose vials. Never use sterile water, saline, or tap water. After reconstitution store peptide vials refrigerated at 2–8°C. Never freeze reconstituted peptides — this destroys the compound. Most reconstituted peptides are stable for 28–30 days refrigerated.
